Message	If you're asking if the crank will want to rotate on its own, it is not likely (internal friction and all) If you're asking if the crank will rotate while you're trying to take the crank bolt off, unless you have the car in gear (commonly 5th gear with the parking brake on) it will most definitely rotate.
